For all of my professional life, I’ve been in the business of hacking computers. (I’m a software engineer.)

But over the last 11 years, I’ve become increasingly interested in how we hack people. How do we convince people to buy our products? How do trends start? What techniques are used to persuade people to “get” our product and then convince them to throw open their wallets and buy?

This is what HackingHumans.net is all about — understanding how the human mind works and then creating amazing experiences around this psychology to amaze and delight our customers.

In the process, I hope to expand the way you see your customers. And this is my double hack. First, you think you are here to learn how to hack your humans. But, really, I’m hacking you.
